The sections below accurately describe what Veylora's code actually processes. The operator identity, contact address, and applicable-law sections are placeholders and must be completed with real information before this page is published or relied on.

Who operates Veylora

[Placeholder — operator legal name and contact address to be added here. Do not remove this notice until real information is supplied.] You can reach the operator at info@veylora.ch.

What data Veylora processes

This reflects what the application actually stores, not a generic template:

  • Discord account data — your Discord user id, username, global display name, and avatar hash, used to identify you and render your profile in the dashboard.
  • Guild (server) configuration — the settings a server owner or staff member configures for their server: module toggles, security thresholds, moderation log channel, welcome message settings, and similar.
  • Moderation data — cases created by moderation actions (warn/kick/ban/timeout), including the reason text and the acting moderator, so servers have an accurate history of enforcement decisions.
  • Security incidents and evidence — when the security detection pipeline flags a message, a record is created containing a risk score, the signals that produced it, and a capped excerpt of the flagged content as evidence. This excerpt is automatically purged after a configurable retention period (default 30 days); the incident record and its structured indicators (not the raw text) are kept longer for audit purposes.
  • Audit logs — a record of configuration changes (who changed what, before and after values) for accountability within a server's own staff team.
  • Session cookies — a single, first-party, httpOnly session cookie used to keep you signed in to the dashboard. It is not used for tracking or advertising, and no third-party cookies are set by Veylora.

What Veylora does not do

  • Veylora does not sell data to third parties.
  • Veylora does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
  • The public website does not query live server data to render pages.

Retention and deletion

Security evidence excerpts are purged automatically per the retention window described above. Removing Veylora from your server does not automatically delete previously recorded configuration or case history — if you would like data associated with your server or account deleted, contact info@veylora.ch.
